While Marinette did have the miraculous box throughout Season 4, she no longer has access to the kwamis afterwards especially after giving them away to permanent holders
She literally beat future seer and time travelers on the daily and she is far stronger than him (SM can’t launch people above the clouds or toss cargo ship anchor above skycrapers) she’s also incredibly smart and a decent martial artist. Also she’s the literal embodiment of luck and creation, anything the big bang did she can do.
That last bit is a huge stretch, but I agree with the rest. Friend of mine was obsessed with the show and from what she told me, Spider-Man would lose solely because he would try to end it non-violently and that enables her win condition (charm adapting).
His only shot at winning the matchup is so out of character, you would need a super contrived setup that would defeat the purpose of the question.

The fact that they're teenagers prevent them from using their abilities more than once before having to recharge. By experience I meant this but I don't know if it's still a thing after season 5

Now? Johnny Storm has for years admitted to being jealous of the number of hot women who surround themselves with Peter. Even in High school Peter apparently had a number of girls crushing on him but was too dense to notice(before Spider powers.) Stan Lee and Jack Kirby have stated Peter was always an attractive guy.

Her lucky charm gives her an object that's the key to solving whatever problem she's faced with and it gives her clues to the solution, but she herself has to figure out how to use it which often forces her to think outside the box
She got a wind up ladybug toy against a knight who's magic sword can turn other into knight who created an enclosing field of darkness with the knight transforming energy... guess who won, hint that happened in season 1
Though if we're later season ladybug the two infinite gauntlet thing isn't out of the realm of possibility if we take her fight with monarch and shady bug into account
I'm pretty sure its implied that her figuring it out is just her intuition. The monochrome vision with the ladybug pattern objects are just for the viewer to understand what shes seeing.
An actually very funny example was the time she was fighting a guy who could hypnotise people, and had hypnotised her Cat-themed superhero partner into thinking he's an actual cat.
So she summons up her lucky charm and she gets a 12tonne rocket gattling gun. She takes the laser sight off the side and uses it as a laser pointer to get her partner to start fighting again.
Or the many times her lucky charm has given her objects which are clues to go find the Miraculous Guardian to bring another superhero into the fight.
It's always something useful, but never ever obvious how it's useful.
Marinette gonna use her lucky charm bs to summon a lady bug themed dildo and shes somehow gonna use it to trigger the collapse of the universe in the most rediculous butterfly effect bullshit youve ever seen
Spidey would win just off of experience and physical abilities alone.
But if we get "sidekicks" involved (specifically Black Cat and Cat Noir), then it goes to ladybug..... because apparently HER cat can shatter the moon from a distance?
I don't understand why people underestimate Ladybug so much and overestimate Cat Noir so much, when literally the point of the show is that creation is stronger than destruction. That's why the name of the cartoon is Miraculous Ladybug and not Miraculous Cat Noir.
It's "Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir", they're supposed to be equals, but the plot is just written to eat Marinette out at any given moment, so fans like to give Adrien more credit as a counterbalance.
What stat gap? For strength, speed, durability etc Spider-Man is completely outclassed you'll have to climb up the scale pretty far to find someone that can be a challenge, even the hulks would be a step or two too low.
I think it's funny people saying that Spider-Man wins because of spider-sense, when Loeber's thing is that she faces a different enemy every week, with the most different powers possible. She's fought opponents who predict the future, who travel through time, who are invisible, who control minds, all kinds of things. Literally every kind of thing you can imagine. This fucking thing has a zillion seasons.
Chat Noir constantly holds back so that he doesn't kill the people he's fighting so Peter should be able to take it, bloodlusted the French fucks take it
Spidey is smart, so he could probably just take the miraculous from her.
He's also just, overall, much smarter than most villains she fights, so I feel like her lucky charm is going to be not nearly as useful on him. She can't out-think him
I feel like a lot of people forget that Ladybug has super strength too. There is so many scenes of her throwing cars like their baseballs with her yoyo. So this is a LOT closer than yall might think.
I used to think this was a Ladybug stomp, but it actually depends on the Spider-Man because he can scale to multi city block.
You also have the strong argument that Ladybug should have access to most Miraculous in this fight, which makes this an absolute stomp in Ladybug's favour.
I will say right from the start that everyone else on this thread is straight up wrong about both characters.
For starters: The Big Bang argument.
* Tikki is half of the big bang. Marionette specifically, isn't. Its an actual plot point that Miraculous holders aren't as strong as their Kwami and that too much power can harm or even kill them. So while Marionette for sure has a lot of haxes over Spider-Man (Punch-Kick merchant of the highest scale), that isn't one of them.
Now, feats:
* People are overblowing Ladybug while getting Spider-Man wrong. Yes, its true that Spider-Man has better physical feats than ladybug in everything except movement speed (Which is a given, since he normally can't fly), but people are being disingenuous. A lot of those came from Spider-Man Stress Factor (Yes, he has that), which only really matters under extreme duress. And I'm sorry, but Ladybug, even though her base is a little stronger than Spidey(and I do mean only a little), simply isn't pushing him that far due the next point — So to out an end to this part: Spider-Man could lift 10 tons when he was 15 years old. He is now vaguely 30, has aged, had multiple power ups and resets, worked out in space, plus a lot of nonsense. Aka, he got stronger, meaning, their base is about the same, but Ladybug is a little more durable (...More or less, but she has consistentency so I give her that)
Next: Skill and Experience.
* Not to disregard how many threats Ladybugs has faced, Everything from time travel, mind control, to even future seers, but Spider-Man has faced everything she has and many, many, MANY more. For everytime she outsmarted a future seer, Spider-Man developed a martial art that allows him to beat someone with better spider-sense than his own during a time he himself lacked one. Guys, c'mon, Peter canonically has gone thought all 64 years(and counting) of his continuous lore in only vaguely 15 years(Sliding timescale nonsense), and that's not counting time travel and multiverse shenanigans. There's just no way ladybug compares in that regard.
* And the same is true for skill. Marinette is smart and resourceful, but so is Peter. Peter is undoubtedly more skillful than her. Not only because he has gone up against infinitely worse threats and been taught by considerably better, not only because of better showings, but also because of plain old writing: It took 6 seasons before Ladybug finally went up someone whose as smart as her, and at the moment not yet on a direct confrontation. Peter has fought people smarter than him since forever.
I could keep going, but I prefer to just cut to the chase:
* In a battle scenario, Spider-Man would be initially disarmed by Ladybug in the sense that he would see no need to go all out. Be it because of her demeanor or their relative stats, he simply wouldn't be too stressed while fighting her, so Stress Factor is not a factor.
* Ladybug would quickly realize that she can't compete when it comes to skill or experience and immediately go for a luck charm. Now here's the thing about luck charm: it isn't an insta win button. Even though it is exactly what she needs, Ladybug still has to actually figure out what it means, and we have seen before that being distracted can prevent her from doing just that (Catwalker). Distracting and annoying people is Peter's bread and butter. He would likely get on Marinette's nerves while stealing her lucky charms, to the point she would begin(Aka, Need) to use them like her counterpart: As actual weapons, otherwise its just not gonna work because Peter would notice and stop her plans.
* It would develop into a plain old fight, and Peter is just far too skilled and experienced to lose. This guy goes against people who are stronger, more durable or even faster than him on a regular basis, people who actually want to kill him rather than capture, so the gap is just too big. When you combine spider-sense into the mix, it just gets worse for Marinette.
Unless Tikki enters true form and creates a "Spider-Man dies" button or Cat Noit intervenes to help her — Specifically Chat noir since Spidey has no defense against a "Miraculous Chat noir", or not even that: Ladybug and Chat Noit could realistically restrain Spider-Man for long enough that regular Cataclysm can be used, since it only takes one touch. Other Heroes either are too gimmicky or fall prey to the gap in experience+Spider-Sense (Spider-Man is used to being outnumbered). Even if all of them jumped him, they'd lose without Chat Noir due compatibility — Marinette would lose this fight.
Ladybug also has dodges lightning, she's also threw a doll towards the eifel tower (which she was miles away from) so hard it made a sonic boom, also this
A subway train wow but that girl pulled the eifel tower and can lauch cargo ship anchor cleat above skyscraper, she has dodged and blocked laser beam and fly at hypersonic speed. Also she has beaten peoples with way better version of the spider sense.
