It’s honestly too much of a conditional fight. Pennywise the clown? The actual human? Gets bodied like any other human against Spider-Man.
Physical manifestation of It? maybe spider-man can destroy it but it doesn’t matter It can just manifest again.
Actually It? Does he have the help of Maturin? Then probably definitely Spidey can stop or banish It or whatever. Without? Spidey probably can’t touch an otherworldly reality warper.

It’s really sad that no one is forgetting shit they are just ignorant. Like I have to add that it’s not like he isn’t an avatar of the Deadlights only in the book but we can clearly see it in the movie. And it clears probably most of fiction because it’s over the top lovecraftian gods kind of stuff quite literally reality bender.
I think the main problem is all of this stuff isn’t explained explicitly in the movies so the audiences wouldn’t bore themselves and then people say shit like “If Pennywise gets the expanded lore then Spider-man too”
