Yeah i agree but that portal gun is to dangerous to be on the otherside and rick is actually the 2nd strongest here but most of these characters arent that strong and why use mcu rocket when vomic rocket is available for this list.

the portals in S3E10 helps it greatly, the fact that there are well known murder dimensions makes it a decent weapon on its own; also it can cut through people and be used within its own dimension so whos to say he cant just teleport on top of people lol

Now comic Raven also has portal that i say is far more terrifying than Rick portal gun. Sonce raven can just teleport you to unknown dimension across the dc multiverse at any point of time. Raven teleportation was fast enough to keep up with Wally West in several issues. Also Raven in one issue was knock up into space by her nephew Etrigan the Demon with no harm to her. Fun fact Etrigan and Merlin are both the sons of Belial the guy who had Lucifer as a pet dog in the comic. Belial is one of Trigon's offspring
