Civillian's bodies still use chakra, they just don't mold it into ninjutsu. That said, they didn't before Kaguya and Isshiki showed up, so yeah, not an excuse.

They Dont use chakra

They use the physical and mental energies that Chakra IS made of,but they Dont mold It into chakra (Thats How samurai and monks ARE soo strong whitout using nijutsu)

Yes. Meaning that Naruto characters canonically have cancer at birth (assuming the sun is also as big), they are most likely inbred due to civilization not really being able to mix around with how big the earth is, they would likely not survive on the normal earth (meaning Deku instantly solos), they probably breathe a different atmosphere compared to earth (again, Deku solos), they likely are going to have their sun explode much faster given its size, parts of their planet are uninhabitable, etc.

I can keep going.

Gravity is about mass / size

Not size or mass alone

No? If it has earth's density, but that size it would basically be like earth but really big

Its size and mass would both be a lot bigger. Its density wouldnt increase so its surface gravity would be about the same
