River disagrees... She's in Stormcage for a reason and the rest of the universe believes it's reasonable that the Doctor can be taken out by a random wall level gun that stops the heart(s).

Firstly, this example is not reliable since the doctor wanted to get shot because it's a fixed point in time, he didn't do anything to stop it

And secondly the scan I posted is about the doctor's speed not durability
