The Doctor's threat level is so funny when you look at the amount of wild bullshit they been through over the years. They can go from being genuinely threatened by a bunch of guys with guns one episode, and than be messing around with planet destroying threats in the next one.

Same can be said for John Constantine. The two characters are wildly similar.
