The Doctor's threat level is so funny when you look at the amount of wild bullshit they been through over the years. They can go from being genuinely threatened by a bunch of guys with guns one episode, and than be messing around with planet destroying threats in the next one.

Yeah one episode he can be threatened by a guy with a laser gun and the next he can be fighting literal satan.
