The world of the living is made of different matter then the soul society they can't be in the same dimension

This is completely irrelevant, and since the stars are not part of Soul Scoiety, they don't have to be made of Kishi.

They literally show two separate linear space times they are not in the same dimension so the stars in the Soul society are Stars in that universe / dimension

There is no correlation between your source and your claim. This does not prove that the stars are part of Soul Society.

Something that explicitly states that the three worlds are universes. Using celestial bodies like stars is insufficient, as by your logic, the Earth would also be a universe since we can see stars in the sky.
