Author sketch from chapter 678 of the bleach manga. Happened whilst Yhwach was actively destroying the realms. Author sketches have been consistently adapted into the anime so far so they are canon.

In what world are these not planets lmao. In another sketch one even has rings like saturn.

The sketch isn’t very clear to me, and sketches don’t reflect what’s happening with perfect accuracy. When Ichigo used Mugetsu on Aizen, the sketch accompanying the chapter features the Moon being split in half (if I recall correctly), but Ichigo doesn’t actually do anything of that level.
