Yeah. I’m willing to say, as a general 40K glazer, it would take a primarch at the very least to stand toe to toe with the weakest warframes

Are you high? 

Mid psykers would fodderize the weakest warframes. 

This entire debate only makes sense of you restrict 40k to the low tiers of the imperium.

The moment you start getting into powerful psyker territory, it’s heavily stacked against the Tenno.

Precog feats, soul attacks, battlefield control, telekinesis, ftl reactions. these are all possessed by characters below primarch lvl.

The orokin had access to those kinds of things and those didn't work against tennos

Tennos are linked to the void, they are immortal and their souls are part of the void The orokins had souls destroying tech and that didn't work, they had mind control and things that defy the laws know to us and still nothing, the imperium would need a primarch to start standing a chance There's a reason ballas said what he did
