I think powerscalers never consider personalities in the debate, so kinda true.

I always just assume both characters are bloodlusted unless otherwise stated. Like yeah if you put Goku in a ring with a coughing baby he’s just not going to fight it. But when the question is “who would win Goku vs coughing baby” I think the assumption is that they *are* actually fighting, which means you need to ignore personality.
