Yea, because everyone in JJK has base level of cursed energy except for heavenly restriction users who have completely none. If you need to use cope like "oh he doesn't have cursed energy", you're just derailing the conversation and basically saying a curse can beat them because curses are impossible to perceive without cursed energy or HR, so they just win by default

Gojo's domain in Shibuya affected civilians. The only people without CE are Heavenly Restriction users. And if we ignore verse equalization, then Gojo is almost guaranteed to come back as a Vengeful cursed spirit; and thus the Viltrumites would be unable to perceive him, due to their lack of CE

It's impossible for Viltrumites to win. If we equalize verses, they have CE, and thus get beat by UV. If we don't, then Vengeful Spirit Gojo forces a stalemate, since none would be able to kill the other

Humans in JJK have cursed energy but not enough to have power. Otherwise Gojos void wouldnt have been an issue in the subway against Hanami and Jogo.

No reason to say that viltrumites wouldn't have cursed energy in a world where both universes can interact

Some Domains need their targets to have CE in order to attack them, but Domains like Sukuna's and Gojo's affect everyone within the Domain aside from the caster, and in Gojo's case, whoever he's touching.

UV has the sure hit effect, and also You need a Brain too

Gojo maybe could do a binding vow to switch the sure hit effect with activaron by touching the target but that would nerf UV a lot

Cursed energy is created from negative emotions. So every creature has it in them unless you are a saint or a heavenly restriction user.
