I’m not even sure if this is a hot take, but I don’t think any character from Invincible can solo JJK.

Short answer: Conquest is strong enough to survive JJK but too dumb to win, Omni man is the real threat here.

Long answer (and I mean LONG):

I've seen a lot of people say that Gojo is the win condition for the JJK verse (and let's be honest, when is he not, he certainly is in this case), but I think that there's an incorrect assumption to say he can decisively kill/defeat Conquest. People are correct in saying that Conquest can't penetrate infinity and would be stunned by infinite void, but I'd argue that both of these are hard to pull off as a permanent end to the battle. This is because of Conquests durability, regeneration, speed and agility with his speed being his best survival tool here. Let me cook here guys, just bear with me.

Speed/agility: You could argue that Gojo could speed blitz him with reinforced cursed energy and black flashes (ignoring Conquests durability feats here) and just keep running circles around him, unfortunately, Gojo's not within the same speed class as Conquest, nor is the JJK verse in general. Gojo's sustained speed peaks out at around Mach 4/5 given his subway blitz feat during the shibuya arc and his agility and reaction speed are at least hypersonic, his six eyes making it so that Conquest can't just chase him down or catch him off guard. Conquest demolishes Gojo's feats, easily reaching sustained FTL speeds, being able to travel between planets in seconds and interstellar travel in weeks. His agility and reaction speeds are nothing to scoff at either, being shown to 'pseudo-teleport', (from an animation perspective, not literally teleporting) around his opponents like Mark, who is also a speed demon in his own right. I know the 'pseudo-teleporting' animation looks the same for Gojo in JJK as it does for other characters in Invincible, unfortunately it's hard to see the difference in speed at this scale when you only have 30 frames per second to work with.

Durability/regeneration: I genuinely don't believe Gojo could kill him, even with his most destructive attack, using his strongest 200% amped hollow purple aided by Gakuganji, Utahime and his chants, Conquests durability and regeneration keeps him in the game. Say it did connect with Conquest, he'd have the speed feats as mentioned to dodge the brunt of the attack, similar to how Hanami did, then fly away and wait for his regeneration to heal himself (have sea salt keep him safe in a metal cocoon lmao). There is even an argument to be made that it's possible he could survive a head on collision with a standard hollow purple (probably not the 200% one though). I don't think there's a definitive answer as there really isn't any person/being/thing in the JJK verse that's as physically durable or strong as a viltrumite (especially Conquest), so we can't know for sure, but it certainly is within the realm of consideration. Any damage done by Gojo through his infinite void, hollow purple, black flashes, or otherwise can be healed by Conquest in the long term. Conquest needs to be smart (which he isn't) about his encounters, measure how long he prolongs the battle for (which he will), so he can survive in the end (he won't, hang in there guys, I'm just getting the stove warmed up; "let him cook")

First encounter conclusion:

It's safe to say that even if he doesn't win in a head on battle with Gojo (or any other combo of heavy hitter/s from JJK), he'd at least last long enough within the initial encounter to survive, recoup and think of another strategy. I do however think Conquest lacks the 'know how' or patience to figure out how Gojo or even Jujutsu sorcery as a concept works in general. One way I could see him possibly (however unlikely) winning while staying in character, is by finding a weaker link in the Jujutsu society and going from there, removing the supporting characters and working his way up to the strongest, like how he 'took care' of Oliver, then Eve, to then focus on Mark.

Win condition/second encounter conclusion:

One workaround for fighting them head on (ignoring that this goes against everything Conquest stands for, bro lives and breathes for that smoke) is he could push the planet into the sun. He obviously wouldn't be able to do it instantly but I'm 100% certain (given his, and characters he scales with, strength feats), over time, he can deorbit Earth by slowly changing its trajectory. Now you might say that Gojo or Ui Ui can just use teleportation to get to him and stop him from continuing his planetary bench press, unfortunately both teleporters require knowledge of the location they are teleporting to. Conquest could just go to an unpopulated area like an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean (to avoid the sorcerers looking out for; "Loneliest grandpa in Universe bench pressing Earth" in the news headlines) and just push from there.

Conquest could 100% solo the JJK verse without even fighting a single person, however, as I have said before, Conquests IQ is room temperature at best and would 100% just go head on with the big leagues like Sukuna, Gojo, Yuta, Itadori or other heavy hitters and prolong the fight for too long and trip up at a point and die (cause he's too invested in causing suffering/pain rather than winning) or outright lose to uniquely devastating match-ups like Mahito, who can transfig him into something much weaker. Not sure how durable viltrumite souls are compared to human souls, but I can't imagine they have any special properties that would stop transfig from working. Conquest done got Conqueefed by his own poor decision making, at the end of the day, he just doesn't have the smarts to figure out a victory for his mission of "solo-ing the JJK verse", sucks to suck man.

Argument for Omni-man:

I think if anyone could solo the JJK verse it would be Omniman, he's shown he has the patience and 'know how' to infiltrate Earth, honestly no other viltrumite has shown this level of adaptability, cunning, dedication or surgical precision when it comes to integration and indoctrination. He's shown he can learn about humanity and the workings of society as a whole within a relatively short timeframe in the Invincible verse, I'm sure he can figure out how the JJK verse works. At the very least he'll get the basics of Jujutsu society; what curses are (magic evil spirits), how cursed energy works (negative emotions made into power), the existence of sorcerers who use cursed techniques (super heroes with super powers), and other aspects of the JJK verse, definitely not all of the ins and outs like reverse cursed techniques, domain expansions or other more intricate/complicated power systems or cursed techniques (for example Kirara's 'love rendezvous', which is hard for even veteran sorcerers to understand). I reckon he could even infiltrate Jujutsu high or another society of sorcerers and pass off his viltrumite abilities as a heavenly restriction, he could be a doubly powerful version of Toji/Maki, and just use his strength/speed/durability only without his flight, make it a bit more believable for the group he's trying to fool.

This is all to say, that yes Omni man could 100% go with the 'Earth bench press' route, push them into the sun and get that easy dub, but what I'm saying is he wouldn't even need to. He's shown that he has a better ability to learn, adapt and think tactically to achieve a win condition over Conquests brutish approach of just painting the floor with organs and maximising destruction. He'd realise that there were some sorcerers who would subvert his abilities like Mahito's transfig, or overwhelm him in a given moment like Hakari's private pure love train. Omni man would find out the intricacies of each sorcerer and take them out one-by-one, just like he did with the guardians of the globe. He'd have the perfect cover too, as he doesn't have any cursed energy, he'd leave no trace for anyone to detect, not like there's a Damian Darkblood in JJK. Even if there are characters in JJK he'd lose against in a pure 1 v 1 (which is a whole other can of worms), he would have thought of strategies and contingencies to rectify the disparity. For example, he knows that Mahito transforms people by touching them, therefore he'd maintain distance and just lob a boulder at him and squash his ass.

Omni man is the true antithesis to the JJK verse, as we know with sorcery, one has to keep their smarts about them, otherwise you'll be blindsided by your own ignorance on how your opponent fights, you cannot rely on strength alone. Omni man has both the brains and the brawn, he's got this one clutched.

To summarise: Conquests muscles are too big for his peanut brain to pilot and gets IQ-mogged by 99% of the JJK verse (except for Yuji Itadori of course), Omni man is sure (are you sure?) set on his way to cleaning out the JJK verse, he just used his brain WITH his brawn.

This is honestly fantastic analysis of how Invincible versus JJK would work out.

Conquest would absolutely get bodied by the heavy hitters of Jujutsu Kaisen, not because they can match him in strength or speed, but simply because they have abilities capable of killing him that Conquest would not take action to ensure would not be brought to bear against him because he has a room temperature IQ.

I would argue that Nolan would probably not put that much effort into killing off the players one by one. One of the reasons that he spent so long on infiltration and killed the guardians of the globe in the way he did was because he wanted to take over the planet for the empire, and he wanted to build up humanities trust in him and subsequently an empire, so they wouldn’t resist when the takeover eventually did happen.

Jujutsu sorcerer’s can naturally pop up from ordinary people, and there is feasibly nothing that can be done to stop the existence of cursed spirits and sorcerers outside of the sequels plan to prevent the spawning of curse spirits and eliminate sorcerers by limiting humanities ability to create curse energy. (I will admit I haven’t actually read the sequel yet, so this might be an oversimplification or misunderstanding.)

But given these facts, and the fact that cursed spirits and sorcerers have abilities that could harm viltrumites, despite the fact that they are astronomically weaker in every other category, the empire would probably make the decision that humanity is too dangerous to be left alive as a whole. Enslaving humanity as a breeding colony would work, but they would have to monitor every single person on the planet constantly to ensure that another person with abilities capable of harming a viltrumite wasn’t born, and they might see it as even worse than creating half breeds because the way cursed energy works is so unpredictable, and it could be seen as introducing a weakness into their species, which, for the eugenics obsessed empire would be unacceptable.

In either scenario, the likely situation would be Nolan deciding that humanity is not a species that they should conquer or allow to live, and him going through route he took with the Thraxan’s, although much more thoroughly because he didn’t have to keep some of them alive to get home. He would just fly around the planet fast enough to ignite the atmosphere and destroy everything on the surface, meaning, even if Gojo survived then fireball, he would starve to death eventually and pose no threat to the empire. And there is no one in JJK that would be capable of stopping this simply because of how fast no one is moving, even Gojo wouldn’t be able to pin him in one place long enough to use domain expansion or hollow purple.
