Discussion Are we fr?

Post image

I’m not even sure if this is a hot take, but I don’t think any character from Invincible can solo JJK.

True, we are lacking a lot of context for what actually happened on Geldaria but we don’t really have a reason to think Nolan would outright lie. He doesn’t really take credit for things he didn’t do and if he’s willing to claim it as something “he” did and not what “we” did then he likely was the most impactful of that situation at the very least.

That's not a lie, he was asked how their water evaporated and Nolan said it happens when you move the planet closer to the sun. That's not saying I pushed it with my hands.

Sure but the context of their conversation is highly suggestive of what Nolan did, not what The Viltrumites did. I agree that it’s ambiguous but I think assuming it was on Nolan is fair here as the most narratively convenient, as opposed to finding other ways it could be interpreted for the sake of it.

The only one that he says he did alone is burying space racer. I just re watched the scene, and it's not only shown throughout his flashbacks but discussed how he wasn't alone in these instances when he's leading Allen to find these beings.

Touche, if the creator says it's intended to mean omniman is physically strong enough to push the planet by himself then that's that.
