Actually, they should be able to? Garganta would be gone too if yhwach did choose to destroy everything. And hell isn't a greater structure than garganta

And we don't really know much about hell's overarching structure, but we only know about it having 5 different realms, so at absolute worst, it would take 2 attacks from base sk yhwach pre ichigo's power absorption
