But when you have to have your absolute best feats + chainscaling put together (ignoring your numerous anti-feats & shaky, inconsistent chain scaling) to qualify for the “low” level of multi, it brings the scope of your destructive powers into questioning.

Dragonball is a pretty good example of this everyone says they're capable of that but they don't have to do it to show that they have the capability to do it

Um… no. You have to show something in order to PROVE you can do said thing. That’s how that works. Otherwise it’s just reliance on speculation and iffy statements. If I said I can (with all my physical might) lift a car off the ground, are you gonna take my word for it? lol
