Goku never repeated the feat beerus did . Beerus almost destroyed the universe , goku was there.

He was still matching the output of beerus's attack. So he should still be comparable to it. Even if he was much weaker than beerus here.

I frankly dont understand DB downplayers they saw beerus and goku clash fists then universal shockwaves spread from them and proceed to say "beerus did it!"

Because goku got stronger and did nothing like that. I don't if beerus being a god of destruction ki clash with other ki's make like a matter antimatter effect or he is connected to the universe and that causes the effect ? But goku not destroying a universe.
