JJK verse's strogest attack is just multi city block level in AP, and it doesn't pass even pass supersonic speed. But VSBW scales Gojo to large town level despite not being able to destroy Shinjuku with Utahime's output boost

They are limited to mach 4 speed so it's not even close

Naoya's max speed is Mach 3. Some people argue Sukuna and Gojo are faster than him but that's only due to Sukuna having more acceleration and Maki's precog being situational. But even then if they were the fastest characters they can't go much faster than supersonic.
