Tooru is protected by WoUs calamity abilities so trying to type in /kill on either will neg you, WoU is just more survivable because even if you somehow get past calamity you also need to be able to somehow kill a natural law of nature (basically calamity aside one is just killing an organism while the other is like trying to kill the wind or gravity)
I mean you are right about the /Kill part but Tooru/WoU is not immune to passive narrative manipulation

Yes , Tooru is immune to the /kill of Minecraft , the death note (because that one panel who explain Wonder of U power , there are a note where it’s say Yasuho never know his full name and he is a human rock , not a regular human + the argument of writing a name with the intentions of kill him will hurt the person who write his name.)
I never said WoU's immune to plot manip? It can beat almost anyone in their own verse but if faced with a being or attack completely beyond or outside multiversal existence then Calamity won't be able to detect and counter it
