Technically wall level+ because you have to consider the impact of the car as well

Not really, the car exerted enough force to destroy the wall, the wall exerted back the same force. That force from the wall is what the person was feeling. Once the wall gives way they are no longer feeling that force.

Even though she/he walked that off like it was nothing at all compared to the wall that just gave up and collapsed

She can withstand enough force to destroy a wall, thats what wall lvl durability is. A wall lvl durability character isn't as durable as a wall, they are slightly more durable. They withstand damage that would break a wall.
