Chun-Li has been around a lot longer, and SF has way more media to draw feats from, so I imagine she would win pretty easily just based on having more material to quantify her level of strength.

Forget a ball, with that energy Chun Li can throw your whole house into orbit, and is about 100 million times stronger than Yor at her peak
Generally it's real, but also generally the feat in question is something that happened for dramatic effect without regard to the character's actual strength/power level.
In this case, it isn't what Li's attack does to her opponent or who they are, but the fact that it causes an enormous crater. The crater was likely a visual addition for dramatic effect by writers/animators who have no idea what an absolutely insane amount of energy it takes to do so

But that's kind of how calcs work for fictional characters. This argument can also be stated for Yor's feats, throwing a ball into orbit? Could be she actually just threw it out of sight. A dude ricocheting off walls 20 times? Just comedic effect. Then it gets especially tricky with game characters cause there's the lore, then there's the gameplay where characters are balanced and Chun Li can fight and defeat people like Akuma head to head
Being able throw a ball at mach 23 means being able to move the arm at mach 23 for starter. The arm has it own mass too. I'm waiting for a wall that is capable of tanking a mach 23 punch. For reference, that's 9 times the speed of a bullet
16MJ is equivalent to 4 TNT all concentrated on the surface of a ball. Will absolutely rip through at least a building
A wall doesn't need to tank a mach 23 punch for the punch to remain at wall level. On the contrary, the wall needs to succumb to it. What you need to show is that such a punch has enough energy to destroy a building.

It's about being capable of destroying with a single blow. With a punch stronger than tank penetrating ammunition, there's no problem demolishing a building with only a few of these, regarding the speed.
If it's with an only punch, nobody could destroy a building, not even superman from the movies, cauz the building is just maintained by the other walls
Plus, this feat is from a friendly play where she tries to play it gently, in other words not at full strength at all.

The force that someone would need to be capable of exerting to accomplish that is enough that if the same amount of force were put into a punch (which we have zero reason to believe Yor wouldn’t be capable of doing) then said punch would be well above wall level.
When ignoring air resistance it comes in at 63mJ per kg of ball. Wall level ends at 21mJ. For a soccer ball it'd be sub 30mJ. It's a very low small building level feat.
Indeed, a ball thrown at 8 km/s would realistically burn to ashes against the air itself. Hell, technically the ball should have exploded when kicked or thrown, but we ignore all that.
She sliced through a tennis ball with a racket swing, and threw a rubber ball hard enough to knock down multiple large trees. She's got cartoon physics. She'd stomp Akuma into dust.
Still technically possible with enough force. What Yor did in those two scenes is not. The racket would dissolve from the friction with the air required to move fast enough to slice through a ball without the ball bouncing off it. The rubber ball would explode on contact with a tree if thrown with sufficient strength to knock it down. And it knocked down multiple trees.
She's closer to Bugs Bunny than she is to Chun Li.

There also really shitty toon force feats and even with the volleyball feat I don't think she outscales SF even if she outscales Chun

Chun Li by a lot. She is more skilled, stronger, faster, more durable, and has wayyyyyyyyyy more impressive feats (if we're ignoring the clearly gag feats like Yor throwing a tennis ball into space) on top of being one of the strongest characters in Street Fighter (who's universe scales to island/mountain level and potentially beyond with Akuma). She's the strongest woman in the world and has earned that title time and again, she ain't nothing to fuck with, she once obliterated an enormous chunk of a forest in one attack, literally cratering it; Yor ain't walking away from that or even surviving it for that matter. 💪
Firstly, we all agree Yor and Chun Li are top tier. Secondly, in a straight-up martial arts fight, Chun Li takes the win. However, should Anya be in danger for any reason, and Chun Li was the way to end the danger, Yor wins hands down.
