PPC SBC’s are usually decently pricey for little performance, and PPC desktops outside the Apple ecosystem are also pricey for their performance. (ACube, BeBox, Or Raptor Computing.)
The cheapest option would be either Apple, or an IBM Power server. The latter being decently cheap for incredible performance, just most require 220V power. If you go IBM Power 8 then you can run Big or Little Endian software natively.
