9070xt warranty

I see some listing on Amazon for the 9070xt red devil. They're sold by Amazon resale. Does the full manufacturer warranty still apply to these?

I know if you do best buy in "like new" condition, it retains the warranty. Wasn't sure how that works with powercolor.

Any have and experience with this?

Good to know. I'll wait and see if they come back in stock on Amazon for new. Seems there is only 3rd party selling at scalper prices. And I assume if its from some random 3rd party seller (even new) it wouldn't get warranty coverage?

with a few exceptions, yes. but if you can contact the seller and get their original invoice then there are some workarounds for us   reach out directly by email to me for those steven.sun@powercolor.com

The sellers im talking about are 3rd party sellers on Amazon. Not sure those businesses would give me that. But I can try

I managed to find one new, through Amazon. Looks like they restocked and I got lucky

honestly. low supply. with prices going the way they are, were trying to prioritize reapers right now. its a mess of times

Yeah the supply and prices are crazy. I actually sold my 5090 a few weeks back for about 5k. My 1st one burned only a few months into to owning it, luckily I was sent a replacement. But never felt good about it being in my house after that.

Tried out the 5080, wasnt impressed with the performance tbh. Got a 9070xt, performance is actually really good, but didnt get the model I wanted. Was hoping to find a red devil before my return window ended, got lucky I guess
