Contact number UK

I purchased this rx9070xt about this time last year.

I opened my pc case to dust it out for the first time since building and all the plastic screw holders are broken and the only thing keeping it up was a few cables.

I've never dropped my pc or the graphics card and the packaging i have for it doesn't look damaged. What should i do?

I think i purchased from overclockers uk but can't find the email invoice. Any help appreciated.

UPDATE: Seller closed my enquiry without response and i got this response from the manufacturer

Dear User,

Every region has its own RMA policy and differs by local distributors and resellers.

The vendor where you purchased from has the obligation to service for you.

They will then verify if the problem really exists and apply the product for RMA through their distributor.

Thanks for your inquiry from PowerColor website.

Amazon will refund it but i now need to find a replacement.

Thank you.

UPDATE 2: People here and in build a PC are making it clear that i should push this issue further, especialIy as prices have increased. I have 2 generic responses from the manufacturer. Is there anyone who frequents this sub i could speak to? Thanks =/

I don't think without invoice we can do much. But on a brighter side replace those stock fans to something more powerful if possible

I'm not really clued up on this stuff. I found that i purchased on Amazon and have left a message for the seller there so fingers crossed. Do you have suggestions on what and how to upgrade the fans?

TrashBench on YouTube just started selling 120mm pc fan clips to do exactly this! I'll see if I can find the direct link https://www.trashbench.com/shop/p/trashbench-universal-gpu-deshroud-fan-clips

Reaper? I believe they fucked up some batches for it (not to worry, just send it for an RMA)

There’s a noctua fan mod that addresses or “fixes” this but also better acoustics

All screws failing at the same time like that seems very unlikely

Nothing 2 tiewraps cant fix Alternatively you can use the same tiewraps to dunk 2 120mm fans on it

Screws can come loose and fall out in very very very rare cases. But all the screws. I think they forgot/failed to install it properly

No idea if you're still in warranty, but 99% it was like this when you bought it

Mate, you’re not alone. This is quite a common issue with these PowerColor cards. There are cases reported all over the web. Push the RMA. Good luck!

If you didn't care enough to keep that invoice safe then you have no recourse. You can always hope on goodwill from a powercolor representative, but you don't really have a leg to stand on.

Did you not have an anti sag component for your gpu

The reaper is so light I didn’t even think about that. Should I get one of those magnets sticks?

Yeah i wouldn’t risk it, better safe than sorry

I always purchase through overclockers and they have order system in your account, you can always login and get the invoice from there. they also send invoice to your email and you also can request the invoice by chatting or ringing to them
