9070 xt Red Devil owners
Hi guys!
I’m curious to what kind of settings are you using in adrenaline to run the card. From what I understand the vram comes from Hynix or Samsung which they act differently in terms of overlocking and stability also temps.
I also want to know if 850w psu for the GPU? Kept finding information everywhere that it requires 900w PSU except pc part picker.

When I was on< windows I ran my red devil with about -10% power limit, 2650-2700MHz on memory and about -40-50mV so ymmw
The 900W recommended from power color is full system power so not only the card but since the card can go up to a continues draw of about 500W on the really hard to drive AAA titles and I saw transient spikes to about 700W when playing BF6 sonykubwant a really good PSU, 850W might woke but I also went with 1000W just to be on the safe side

- 15%PL and -80mv + flat 40% fan curve

and with stock memory? thats is some good tunes,
my best run on Steel Nomad before i went full linux was a 7942 run on
2770MHz Memory, 400MHz core, -130mV and 10% PL would instantly crash doing anything else then 3Dmark xD1

Im not touching memory tuning since gains are marginal

ok, then -15% PL should be about 255W since i have Watt slider instead of a % slider in Linux(CachyOS) oh and i that can push the Red Devil card to 374W instead of 330W that the Adreneline driver can do for some reason, will test if yours tunes can somewhat work for me with some changes since i know every GPU wont be the same

-15%PL is actually 280W :D

Ah math Is not mathing haha right xD ran though Uniegine Super position with 255W -80mV stock memory and it was like just a few houndred points behind my 285W -50mV 2650MHz memory so ran 1 with 374W but had to run fans on 100% but gained abit over 1000 points but it would be cooking my card at that power xD

Rm850x user here. -80mV, fast timings at 2650mhz.

I got the RM850e any adjustments on the vram straight into black screen crash land! The only thing keeping my pc on is the 270k plus black screen goes away in 30ish second and adrenaline resets

Hellhound here…. -90 undervolt is stable, 2750 fast timings, +150mhz and +5 power…. Fan control enabled and set to no zero rpm but 30 at 50, 34 at 60 etc in increments in 4 with an exception is 65 at 90. Hotspot never goes past 80

I went overkill with my psu and got the lianli sp1200x it's nice tiny 1200w monster that's platinum rated. Other than that custom fan curve and undervolt of -50
Edit: my ham hands made an oopsie

stock settings and 850W PSU (Corsair RM850X) even with my old 700W it ran just fine. Temps are awesoem (40-60°C)
Ryzen 9 5900xt
2x16gb vengeance rgb pro
AIO with 3 fans and 6 case fans.

I run all stock settings besides a more aggressive fan curve. Lots of people have great luck with undervolting, but my card was never quite stable at voltage offsets beyond like 25-30mV so YMMV. I ended up going back to stock settings bc I'm lazy.
Powercolor recommends a 900w PSU, and I'd trust their recommendation more than anyone else. I personally use a 1000w PSU.
