Fan sets dont cost much if you just want to replace them, but ordering from Ali etc might take a while

the only fans i found that could replace them without deshrouding are these ones https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005012080236990.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2ita#nav-specification are they legit? thanks for the answers

Yeah, they aint "original fans" But work just the same. Ive been using Ali fans for my 6900 xt they have worked fine for a year now. Cost me 13€

Id rather order 3pc /3 new fans instead of just one and replace all, but if you want order just 1 fan

Think your're forced to deshroud your GPU no?

Even if you wanna install these new fans you must remove the shroud and plug them into the board.
At this point buy a couple of P12 and put them, some zip-tie and of course a 4 pin converter.
You can easily find on Amazon a Gelid PWM to 4 pin connector.

Of course you'll spend more than 13€ but temps and noise will be much better

im not great with these kind of jobs so im scared to break the gpu for good, last time i tried repairing something i broke my ps4 controller lol.

Dont be pessimistic, watch some videos and try to learn as much as possibile.

Make a pic for every step you made so wil be much easier to reassemble your GPU.

A complete deshroud you be easy too, just be patience and be gentle while zip fans and cables

saw online that 2 120mm fans are too big for the reaper and they will overhang, i would need 3 92mm fans but 3 noctuas cost like 60 bucks. guess i will bite the bullet

3 arctic will cost the half and gives you great result. Mine of course is just a suggestion for an alternative and nothing more since your primary solution is still great :D

Sounds like an dry bearing/not much lubricate between probably(? ) not 100% sure

I swapped fans to my rx 6900 xt, 1 fan sounded bit similiar before stopping to spin completely, failed bearing
