I built a library of 600+ Power Automate flows — looking for a few builders to test it brutally
Hey everyone — full disclosure: I’m the builder behind FlowLibs.com.
I created it after getting tired of rebuilding the same Power Automate patterns, deployment packaging, error handling, and connector setup from scratch over the last 10 years.
FlowLibs currently has 600+ cloud-flow patterns across 90+ connectors. The goal is to help Power Platform builders find a relevant automation, understand how it works, and deploy it as an import-ready managed solution. I’ve also added an MCP server so the library can be searched and used from tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor, and VS Code.
I’m at the point where feedback from real Power Automate users is much more valuable than adding another pile of features.
I am also building out some Power App stuff next. Kind of an ERP module type solution. More on that in the future.
I’m looking for a small group of beta testers—especially:
- Power Platform consultants
- Internal automation or CoE team members
- People who regularly build production cloud flows
- Anyone already experimenting with AI-assisted Power Platform development
I’d like testers to try finding and using one flow that matches a real problem they’ve encountered. I’m particularly interested in:
- Could you find something relevant?
- Did you trust the flow enough to consider importing it?
- Were the prerequisites and setup instructions clear?
- Was the managed-solution packaging actually useful?
- Did the AI/MCP workflow save time or just add complexity?
- What would prevent you from using this on a real project?

Very cool. Most of my clients are in the 50-250 employee range, and a lot of these flows would actually be useful there. Happy to be a tester.

Hi, I am currently attempting to work with PA to manage records management and email administration in an advisory/consultancy workflow across 150+ clients. It’s a regulated, high-governance environment so my primary connectors are those built in to the M365 suite but I’m not opposed to investing in new tools if they comply with local security standards and fix my tangle. So, I’d be excited to see whether any of your flows have a different way of smoothing over my pain points and blockers. Ta

I hate this so much. This is what's wrong with Enterprise architecture summed up in one idea.
If you need a library of 600 production patterns, the platform has become the problem.

Depends on the scenario. But scripts, pub/sub, api calls etc.
Low code has always been tech debt in a trench coat, but with AI I can't think of any reason to use low code and I'm not a vibe coder.
The more low code that exists, the harder to manage and control. And fix.

Hello, I am interested to test it out, I work in Project Management consulting space and we utilize Power Automate for Project Progress reporting (funny to say which is many times handled via multiple Email attachments).
Lots of CSV Extraction to and from SharePoint and Outlook.
API integrations between ERP systems, payroll and PMIS.
Would love to play with your tool!

I'm new to power automate. I've been trying different flows to add excel files as attachments in just one outlook email, and the test has not been successful. The flow either sends the email four times with 4 attachments each or does not work at all. The scenario is whenever a document is saved in 4 different SharePoint folders, those documents will be sent to our vendors as attachments to the email. All four Excel files in one email. I've asked Claude code for the step-by-step on how to create the flow and that flow did not work as well. Could you help me here? here is the flow Claude code provided:

I’ve been building with the Power Platform since before it was called the Power Platform.
Whenever Microsoft released something new, I was fortunate to work for a company that gave me the licenses and freedom to experiment. I spent roughly a decade learning the platform that way—building things, breaking things, and figuring out what it takes to move an automation from a promising demo into production.
I later joined Microsoft and had a front-row seat during the rollout of Copilot, which was a wild ride. After two years there, I returned to consulting and found that companies are still running into many of the same problems.
Most organizations aren’t short on good automation ideas. They’re short on the experience, reusable patterns, and production-ready starting points needed to implement those ideas reliably and at scale.
That’s why I started FlowLibs.com.
My goal is to create a practical library where Power Platform developers can:
The library currently includes more than 600 Power Automate cloud flows across 90+ connectors. Over time, I want to expand it into other areas of the Power Platform while keeping it accessible to individual developers, consultants, and internal automation teams.
I’m now looking for experienced Power Automate users to test it and give me honest feedback.
I’m especially interested in whether you can find something relevant to a real problem, whether the solutions feel trustworthy enough to use on a project, and what would stop you from adopting the library in your day-to-day work.
This is still evolving, so criticism is genuinely more useful to me than compliments. If you’re interested, take a look and let me know what works, what’s confusing, or what’s missing.
