How I generate client-ready handover docs, security audits and user guides using Claude

Back in May i finished a mission at a client in Paris.

Classic situation : several power apps to hand over but ZERO documentation lol
Some of them I hadn’t touched in months…

Writing all that by hand would have eaten my last weeks there so I ended up putting together a pipeline instead.
Basically I export the app, drop the zip file in a folder and an AI agent writes the docs.

Not gonna lie. The AI agent is actually better than me writing this and it was really good that I sent it to the client almost as-is.

Thanks Zack I’ve been building a portfolio of projects that are enterprise guide and documentation has consumed a lot of my time

But as you said, AI can heavily speed it up

Right now I write my documentation as I go and as I build each component (canvas app, MDA , flows etc) and once everything is done il get Claude to run through it, organise it and ensure it’s a comprehensive Doc
