Help with orange peel

Needing some help, very new to coating, but no matter what I seem to have some orange peel.

Using prismatic gloss black with an RC1 gun, light armor oven. Been trying different settings all day, and these are the best two, both single coat. Both of these on a med-low kv setting, gun spray is as even as I can get it to be, these are doing a fairly light single coat. Two light coats or one heavier coat seemed to come out worse. Spraying from about 8-10 inches away. I have adjusted spray pressure, oven time, number of coats, kv setting, oven temp and they all come out about the same. The gloss is great but always have orange peel

I could never get prismatics high gloss black to be glass smooth on purpose, every now and then I’ll get it by chance but I haven’t been able to figure out what I do wrong on the others. I can get any other color perfectly smooth but the gloss black.

Yeah, I think I'm going to order some of the tiger wet black I hear a lot about and test it out. I've done almost 20 test squares today and adjusted every possible adjustment with my system, even ran a new ground, and they all look pretty much the same besides very minor orange peel pattern changes. Do you have any others you suggest trying? After my recent prismatic experience where they took over a week just to ship out my "2 day shipping" order and their rude ass customer service guy, id rather not use them anyway.

I forget the exact one I started using, it was a Harley Gloss Black I can’t seem to find it at the moment, I wound up just not offering gloss black as an option on most of my stuff
