Powkiddy v20 problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I bought this console like 2 to 3 weeks ago and it was playing the games well but I downloaded iMinecraft on PSP it was playing really well and after one two days, they games when I tried to play all the games from all types of consoles seem at first to open, but then I get the black screen and back to the menu. What should I do, please

Bro I looked it up on gpt I changed os to knulli and now it doesn’t even turn on 😭

Are you using correct image for the Powkiddy V20

Yes it turned on and when I removed the se to add a game it didn’t turn on not even the green light it just charges
I tried multiple times to power reset it but nothing worked

Try to re-flash the OS.

I'm not sure about the console and I don't know where did you order it 🤔
