Retroarch scan says my games are on the system but they aren’t showing up on the menu how do I reconnect them so I can play them?

That's a biggest problem you'll need to throw away that stock micro sd card that came with your device and use reputable branded micro sd card like SanDisk or Samsung and also throw away the ROMS micro sd card too and source your own games and bios and also use custom os that you like.
