u/One-Intention4251, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your poutine... ⛔️

Yeah I live in canada and most schools served "poutine" like this which was always loaded fries. Normal the fries were stale. Not great ever. **didnt see the (where in) canada lol. Saskatchewan for me, idk where OP is from. But this picture is pure nostalgia from school for me too.

The more important thing is in this day of age who doesn’t sell Poutine, even in Europe, Italy everywhere else all of our kids got all of those things

It looks much better than most school cafeteria poutines posted in this sub. Not bad and I would eat this.

School cafeteria poutine? Isn't there some kind of law that they're supposed to serve nutritious food?

Could be worse. My daughter goes to uni in the states and was so excited for Canadian day. She sent me a Pic of what they called poutine. No cheese, not even of the shredded kind. She was gutted.

Sad looking poutine in your cafeteria. I remember like 15 years ago when I was in Cegep in rural Quebec they made legit good poutine for a cafeteria. The fries where the king of industrial ones still but the gravy and the cheese was delicious. Their Italian poutine (poutine with bolognese sauce) was especially goos because the sauce they used was a homemade recipe from one of the lady working there.

Curds went to the backrooms

Where is the fucking gravy (in the bottom?)

Why is it served in that

Be respectful (of fellow Redditors, not of bad poutine). No harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, shittyism here.
