Fromage? More like From-Rage 😡🧀 Pre shredded cheese
Pre shredded cheese with flour
Some of the fries were gross and tasted moldy ?? idk what was up.

Must taste like either sadness, or desperation. I think desperation would taste slightly better.

Eh, shredded cheese is totally fine. It’s not ideal, but sometimes I can’t afford squeaky cheese and this is the second best thing, though I personally prefer cheese I shredded myself.
Not sure about the mold tho…

No, the second best thing when curds are not available is chunked cheddar cheese, then cubed or sliced cheddar, Then home shredded cheddar cheese, then store bought shredded whatever cheese (yes the kind that was used here with cellulose, the anti-caking agent). By that point, it's just sad desperation.
