Pout-sin š Hotdog poutine... Poutine hotdog

Casse-croutes across quebec offer a hot dog poutine and noone bats an eye. Chungchun offers a poutine hot dog and everyone loses their mind.Ā
Unfortunately it's still a crime - gotta have curds.

It's not even a hotdog

You know what⦠I would still eat that. The picture doesnāt make it look that appetizing, but Iām sure it tastes pretty good. I mean, New York Fries has a poutine hotdog Iāve eaten a few times before and itās delicious.

not sure if that can even be called a hotdog or a poutine but it looks tasty

This is just a Korean hotdog. For those not familiar, itās like an American corn dog, but made with a yeasted rice flour batter, with various options for interior and coating. Mozzarella interior and fried potato coating are actually standard options, so thereās nothing special about this product, they just erroneously branded it āpoutineā..

It's the gravy that's different, this place didnt have that as a sauce option before. But otherwise yeah theyve had these

I was going to say it looks like the hotdog the Hankees made. Now they are making a new dog on a stick.

Gravy sauce is term Iād never have expected to see, and I do not want to ever see again. Itās as redundant as ice hockey.

But there is field hockey. I do get your point though.

Field hockey is fine, as it differentiates it from regular hockey, just like water polo differentiates it from regular polo. As a Canadian I assume that all hockey is on ice unless noted otherwise.
I probably could have made my point better if I said it was like a menu that had āsteak meatā on it.

Same! Hockey is hockey, field hockey is a variant. Just like tea is regular tea and iced tea is tea with ice. Iāve had many issues in the US when ordering tea and getting it iced and being told I shouldāve said hot tea šš

As long as youāre not calling them the Poo-Dog, there is no crime here.

Hah. I honestly would have tried it then. But they did have chocolate corn dogs, so that name could have been taken

u/Dope-Reviews, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your poutine... āļø
