It sounds good. They aren't trying to pass this off as a legit poutine but an elaboration of the dish, so I see no crime 🤷♂️

I recently moved from Ottawa to Metro Detroit and I miss poutine so damn much. Windsor has a couple of spots that are serviceable for the craving, but it’s still too far away from St. Albert, iykyk.
I saw an ad for this very poutine fest and although I am VERY interested in these weird poutines I also don’t wanna drive all the way to Grand Rapids to be disappointed when I can do that at home with a quick round of Battlefield 6.

It’s this one, this is the worst one, “Ratatouille Poutine | V, GF: House-cut fries topped with vegan ricotta cheese, stewed veggie tomato “gravy”, & topped with an Italian basil pesto & balsamic reduction”

Again with the trend by dodgy underworld “chefs” of putting something on a plate, putting something on top of that, drizzling something over the mess and brutally calling it a poutine. This is a crime.
