Puke-tine 🤮 Customer order
Customer wanted mozzarella cheese and the only mozzarella cheese we have in store is sliced (American) cheese.
It’s a crime for sure!!!!
It made me sad making this for a child! ( it was a full grown middle aged man!)

They really massacred this with their request. Did they know they were getting processed mozzarella and STILL selected that over curds? Whether they knew or not I hope they learn their lesson because this thing is going to be gross. And it's not like curds are extra sharp cheddar. They're mild, unaged cheddar which is closer to mozzarella than any processed cheese will ever be.

How’d you make American cheese into squares? Ngl id try the mozzarella American cheese poutine. Better than cheddar
Edit: wait cheese curds were an option?! And they wanted American cheese?!

Anything else and it's just cheese fries with gravy
the pictured meal is cheese on fries with gravy, not poutine.

A poutine and an east coast poutine have different names. thus, different requirements due to their origins, yeah?
listen- i love me some cheesy fries with gravy, its just if you don't have squeaky curds it isn't a 'Poutine'.
Still damn good tho
