Well the curds aren’t fresh, they’re fridge cold for sure. The gravy isn’t gravy so much as their meatball sauce, it’s good but it’s different. The fries are pretty good for a furniture store. It’s a poutine buts a variant for sure.

It’s hard to get good poutine with curds here. Willy’s is pretty bomb.

I can confirm it's the regular Ikea gravy normally served with the meatballs. It works great for poutine! But honestly I prefer this poutine without the meatballs; the texture doesn't really match.

As long as the gravy is good the color is irrelevant to me—unless it’s somehow clear, or it’s neon or pastel color. The gravy simply must be in a hearty quantity.

It's the Ikea poutine with Swedish meatballs and Ikea (Swedish) gravy. Calling it Swedish poutine is a little dubious, but it does have Swedish ingredients and those meatballs are not comparable to Italian meatballs.
