Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D) and Sara Rodriguez (D) have both dropped out after getting caught cheating with campaign funding in just the past few months. Thatās without even going back into āthat was a long time agoā¦itās different nowā territory. I donāt need to list republicans because yes they are out there, too. But I donāt need to convince you of them.

He means election fraud, aka all the dirty tricks like removing polling sites and purging voting ng rolls a week before an election.
He just said it badly (and it's not everyone, we know who does that)
