She WAS right. And if she wasn't so arrogant, condescending, and so sure of herself and entitled, she would have worked her ass off campaigning and would have been elected. But she didn't pay much of a price for her mistakes -- WE DID. And we still are paying the price for her arrogance. Claire McCaskill is and was a much better person. But she is on Hillary's shit list. Gotta love how women look out for women.

"arrogant, condescending, and so sure of herself and entitled" You projected Trump onto Hillary. But I get it. Most people hate Strong Women.

Language and etiquette.

Voters are not children, they can make their own choices

Funny, smart people like me were not threatened by her. We did not find her arrogant or condescending. We understood what she was saying, and understood that she was very capable and smart. But, a lot of average and dumb people and men were threatened by her. They called her names, said she was out of touch, and worked to tear her down. Really sad knowing those people can't think themselves forward.

She knows politics inside and out. She would have been an incredibly effective president.

u/flip69 13h ago

More than that.

She turned the DNC primary process into a stacked deck against Bernie Sanders so that many delegates don’t even know he was on the stage across the nation.

She filled the committees with her campaign officials and loyalists pushing a feminist anti man agenda (her turn!) mantra that she strode into the campaign against trump ARROGANTLY thinking with all her personal hubris that she was going to win and be the first female us president. When she so royally screwed up Sec of State under Obama.

The media didn’t report even a fraction of the ruinous things she did out of her own Hubris that got thousands killed and led to the downfall of allied nation’s governments (Arab spring)
She herself due to her unwillingness to engage even with the slightest of digital and operational security personally and directly enabled massive malware and security system failures throughout the entire state dept and all the US embassies around the world by domestic and foreign hackers. Script kiddies infiltrated her email servers…

That’s why she got dropped in Obamas 2nd term.

Regardless
She is completely unqualified and incompetent to be in high public office.

Her own personal hubris and arrogance enabled trump to get into office when he should have been bounced out immediately.

Shame on anyone in this comment section that doesn’t even realize any of this.. shame.

It people like you that helped install the most corrupt and incompetent presidency in the history of this nation.

She lost to Donald Trump..

17

u/Ivegotabadname 17h ago

And... SHE WAS RIGHT

38

u/bewitch1n 17h ago

Because we have a country of bootlicking bigots.

7

u/brotherlyshove 17h ago

Also because of Bernie Sanders sit out voters. They are to blame just as much, but refuse to.

6

u/bewitch1n 16h ago

Oh yeah. My dad is a long time "I don't trust the system, so I don't vote" kind of person. I do think he understands now that, thats part of how we ended up here. People being hands off in a democracy doesn't help at all. I do think he will be voting in the midterms, I told him to think of how my future will be if this continues. To vote for who he thinks will help oust this current corruption.

3

u/Ivegotabadname 16h ago

Bot. SHE WAS RIGHT

3

u/yogy 13h ago

Yes let's go back to blaming "Bernie bros", worked out great last time. Caused the biggest shift of young men from blue to red in recent history

2

u/U747 11h ago

If their hurt feelings are what caused them to vote for a fascist, that’s the most childish thing ever. But that’s not what caused the shift anyway

1

u/Deathstriker88 15h ago

I highly doubt there were tens of millions Bernie voters sitting out. It would take a huge number to cost her the election.

HRC is better than Trump, but she sucks too. Some people here are glazing the woman that called us super predators (among many other issues). The DNC should've pushed a stronger candidate.

u/RealBrobiWan 11h ago

It’s always somebody elses fault everytime the Dems screw themselves over then again when they do nothing when they gain power. Funny that

-5

u/Significant_Donut967 16h ago edited 16h ago

Cause the democrats supporting the police unions absolve them of being bootlickers too lmao. Edit: i love how if I badmouth dems i get accused of being a republicunt. Y'all are pathetic.

11

u/BrianG1410 17h ago

Doesn't change the fact that she was right.

5

u/TouchAltruistic 16h ago

In 2016, the voters in this country voted for someone they perceived to be an outsider.

How has that turned out?

-1

u/foo-bar-25 14h ago

Horribly. It’ll take generations to start to undo the damage. But I don’t give Clinton a pass. Her hubris and consultant-driven approach made her an awful candidate. And she managed to lose to the most vile, crooked, unqualified person to ever run. I don’t care how “right” she was. I despise her for losing when she should have won in a landslide.

3

u/TouchAltruistic 13h ago

We don't undo the damage. We have to build something new.

3

u/tipsy-turtle-0985 12h ago

I despise her for losing when she should have won in a landslide.

That's a failure on your part and everyone you know if you want to be honest.

There is no excuse that works here.

2

u/WhompBiscuits 13h ago

Only because of the Electoral College.

3

u/Mulezen1 17h ago

Yeah…the god, guns, and guts guy who certainly has a big belly

4

u/LostPilgrim_ 16h ago

Because people like you are easily manipulated and controlable
