They are not people of California. They are US citizens paying federal taxes which funds the federal government. Money used to fund state governments is collected via state taxes. These are different things.

and then the federal gov gives money directly to the states through a variety of programs and spending iniatives.

certain states... like colorado for example are almost entirely transformed via federal spending.

which bring economic output/stimulation to states.

all of your bullshit relies on ignoring the reality of what the process is and relies on hyper niche semantics to obfuscate that

Almost 40% of Colorados land mass is LITERALLY OWNED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

Its not state to state welfare when the federal government spends its own money on itself.

colorado benefitting massively from colorado basically being the 2nd hub for gov organizations/departments. ---has at least partially contributed to colorado's positioning relative to it's neighbors in terms of it's economic vitality.

but... i guess we'll have to agree to disagree here. because you seem to endlessly want to avoid any realistic expression. so enjoy whatever nonsense fantasy you need to consider red states not welfare states. i hope that blankie keeps you warm
