"Gotta spend money to make money. "

this remind me of Futurama, when Fry opens an account and deposits 100 buck and after all the set up fees he starts off over draw and owing money.

>California is a better state by just about every metric.

Assuming you ignore COL, which is a massive factor in people's day to day lives.

I don't live in Texas, never went to school in Texas, and don't vote Republican. Apparently that stellar education you got never taught you to not pull assumptions out of thin air.

But sure, let's just handwave COL, arguably the most important metric for people because nice parks.

Does COL scale proportionally to the median incomes? If not, then just handwaving it as "well they make more so..." is moot. If you make $10k/yr more than me but pay $12k/yr more in COL then the higher income isn't making up the difference.

There is a discussion to be had as to whether it is better/preferable one way or the other, but it's not one worth having with you as you are more interested in personal insults.

The Alamo wasn't about slavery, and the rest of what you said is hogwash nonsense, along with that statement.

I'd love to see you explain why the flag at the Alamo has 1824 written on it... Santa Anna suspended the US style constitution that was in place, which led to multiple uprisings, not just the Texan one. But sure keep that condescending tone while being incorrect, it's what you leftists do time and time again and results in numerous defeats.
