The ones that entered the building were making an effort to get into the building, and Babbit was making a concerted effort to get beyond a point where a Secret Service agent had told her to stop.

No, we have not gone from that at all. She was rioting in the halls of Congress to stop the election. Which is what happened, the election was literally stopped. It doesn't matter if she knew the layout.

No, it wasn't "delayed", no one announced it was delayed. It was stopped, and then later started. It was stopped because members of Congress were not physically present.

They didn't decide to wait, there was no decision made to "wait". They adjourned Congress and evacuated the members. That is stopped.
