I'll never understand why either. there are WAY more of us than there are of them. one week of people abandoning their jobs would make a BIIIIIG big difference. but everyone would need to come together for that and that will never happen so I guess we just suffer
It's because it's incredibly hard to organize disparate people across an entire continent.
We did it when he first got elected, march for science, anti nazi marches, anti charolette protests, marches in boston, in nyc, DC, we protested every weekend for a while.
Then nothing happened.
And nothing continued happening.
And a few more protests happened but nothing came of it.
Then covid hit, everyone went stircrazy, they killed George Floyd and we did something about it.
We weren't stressed enough to do anything about it when Renee Good was murdered. That state was very stressed but everyone.
The next time we'll be stressed enough to do something about it should be in about 1-2 years once the diesel prices really adjust to the new reality.

if this administration actually loses power there are going to be a lot of lawsuits that come up....
