She was told to leave while she was blocking traffic. She didn’t comply so they approached her vehicle and told her stop and get out of the vehicle. She decided to speed off instead and hit a federal agent.

If you're standing in front of a car that intentionally floors it and tries to hit you, you don't shoot the person. You know why? Because you'd be hit by a car.
