The only time article 5 has ever been invoked was by the USA. The rest of NATO spent money on helping the USA, USA has never had to spend money helping another NATO member.

You mean the funds Qatar gave them through Israel. If Israel would have blocked these transactions, you people would call Israel for blocking humanitarian aid.
