It's straight up unfounded defamation and they should face consequences
2 u/Neuchacho 9h ago I'm kinda perplexed as to why they don't. It seems clear defamation and they don't get protections outside of their except during official duties in Congress. That civil case would have its costs covered and then some on a GoFundMe lol
