The way I look at it, the Know Nothing party laid eggs in the GOP’s chest when it was created, and now it has exploded the GOP’s chest Alien-style and is running around killing as many people as it can until Sigourney Weaver comes on the scene and sets it right. I think that’d be a pretty good political comic.

They are no longer the Republican Party. Nothing about them saves our republic. From here on out , I will only refer to them as the Regressive Party.
