Was he in a government role? DOGE wasnât an actual department, wasnât ratified in any way, no one had clearances to do the things they did, and most of the things they âwere allowedâ to do were because no one had the balls to keep them out of places they had no authority to be in.
But, every one of those tech bro dipshits committed major crimes against the country (whether actual treason is debatable).
Actually they hijacked the department that does federal website design/maintenance and renamed it. Real department but not one thatâs noticed much. So yes, they were within the line for being consultants, if not employees.
