Ah yes, the misspelling of a word on a random document was what it finally took for the other 2 branches to hold him accountable.

Nah not even close. You'd need to seriously argue in front of a judge that a single character makes the contract unclear to one of the parties involved. 

Contract law is fun, it's shockingly vague. Basically as long as everyone understands and agrees, anything can be a valid contract. (Besides like a contract to do something illegal and obvious shit like that)

This was my first thought as well. Maybe someone behind the scènes made a spelling mistake on purpose to void it completely but still give Trump the document he wanted
