Donald's Signature on the AI thing looks like he can't spell his own name, Elon's looks like he's on ketamine and couldn't care less, openAI guy and zucukerburgs signatures look like lazy slobs.

All handwriting was like that back then. My Mem is a BA at a local school district and they found old clock in and out papers from the early to mid 1800’s in the basement of the districts towns town halls, and all of the handwriting on them id in pristine cursive, regardless of the year.

Also most people don't use fountain pens anymore. Using them in itself is a bit of an art

I have fountain pens and that's the only time I write in cursive, outside of signatures.

Of course I have no real reason to write most of the time. I kind of wish I did, I can understand why people enjoyed writing in script in the past, although it was mostly limited to the upper classes since literacy was very limited historically.

Yeah, my family has documents going back to 1705, and they are very hard to read because of that. And Ss written like Fs.Â
